This Recurring Payment Agreement ("Agreement") governs the automatic recurring payments for subscription-based services provided by SNAPEA. By agreeing to this Agreement, you authorize SNAPEA to charge your designated payment method automatically on a recurring basis for the services you have subscribed to.
1.1 Authorization: By subscribing to a recurring service, you authorize SNAPEA to charge your payment method (credit card, debit card, or other payment method) automatically on a recurring basis according to your subscription plan (monthly, quarterly, or annually).
1.2 Payment Method: You agree to maintain a valid payment method on file with SNAPEA. You are responsible for ensuring that your payment method information is current and accurate.
1.3 Automatic Renewal: Unless you cancel your subscription, it will automatically renew at the end of each billing period. You will be charged the then-current subscription fee.
2.1 Billing Cycle: Subscription fees are charged in advance at the beginning of each billing cycle. The billing cycle begins on the date you subscribe and renews on the same date each subsequent period.
2.2 Price Changes: We reserve the right to change subscription prices at any time. You will be notified of price changes at least 30 days in advance. Continued use of the service after the price change constitutes acceptance of the new price.
2.3 Failed Payments: If a payment fails, we will attempt to charge your payment method again. If payment continues to fail, your subscription may be suspended or cancelled. You are responsible for any fees charged by your bank or payment provider for failed transactions.
3.1 Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting customer support. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have access to the service until the end of the paid period.
3.2 Refunds: Subscription fees are generally non-refundable. However, refunds may be provided at our discretion in exceptional circumstances or as required by applicable law.
3.3 No Refund for Partial Periods: We do not provide refunds for partial billing periods. If you cancel mid-cycle, you will retain access until the end of the paid period.
We reserve the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Material changes will be communicated to you via email or through your account dashboard at least 30 days before they take effect. Your continued use of the service after the changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the modified Agreement.
