Agency Agreement - Offer

1.1 Definitions: For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings set forth below:

• Principal: SNAPEA, a company registered in Cyprus, providing trading platform services
• Agent: An individual or legal entity that accepts this Offer and acts on behalf of the Principal
• Services: The services provided by the Principal through the SNAPEA platform
• Commission: The remuneration paid to the Agent for services rendered

1.2 Acceptance: This Offer is considered accepted when the Agent registers on the SNAPEA platform and agrees to the terms of this Agreement, or when the Agent begins performing actions under this Agreement.

2.1 Agency Services: The Agent agrees to promote the Principal's services, attract new users to the platform, and provide support to existing users in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

2.2 Scope of Services: The Agent's services may include but are not limited to:

• Marketing and promotion of SNAPEA services
• Attracting new users through various channels
• Providing customer support and assistance
• Organizing educational events and webinars
• Creating content related to trading and the platform

4.1 Commission Structure: The commission structure and rates are determined by the Principal and may vary based on the type of services, performance metrics, and other factors. Detailed commission information is provided in the Agent's dashboard.

4.2 Payment Terms: Commissions are calculated and paid according to the schedule specified in the Agent's account. Payments are typically made monthly, but may vary based on the specific agreement.

4.3 Payment Method: Commissions are paid via bank transfer, electronic payment systems, or other methods agreed upon by the parties.

5.1 Term: This Agreement comes into effect upon acceptance of this Offer and remains in effect until terminated by either party.

5.2 Termination: Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time with 30 days written notice. The Principal may terminate immediately in case of breach of this Agreement by the Agent.

5.3 Effect of Termination: Upon termination, the Agent's right to receive commissions for services already rendered shall survive, but no new commissions shall accrue.
